If I ever need another cap card, I'll probably give AverMedia a spin after this experience, because frankly this was a nightmare to get working. At this point, the source should become visible and you should see your game. In the "Device" drop down list, navigate to Game Capture HD60 Pro (NOT Elgato Game Capture HD).

Older versions of the software are missing many features and bug fixes. They are only useful to people that have decided not to update their software. These older drivers are designed for software that was released a few years ago. (unplug the PC, press the power button 3-5 times, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn on) Elgato Game Capture HD60 S has always been a Windows 10 product since its introduction.
